Venti Marketing was inspired by Greg's family history in the advertising and media business. Greg’s great Uncle and Godfather, Anthony Guy Venti (born January 4th, 1914) was a notable American advertising photographer. He started working with renowned photographer Victor Keppler and then established his own New York studio in 1942. As a young boy, Greg visited his Great Uncle’s home in New York, where he first heard stories and saw many of the iconic campaigns his Uncle created including campaigns for Columbia Pictures, Cunard Cruise Line, Smirnoff Vodka, Nabisco, Bostonian Shoes and more. Tony shared his adventures working alongside iconic ad men and women of that era and photographed the likes of Elizabeth Taylor, Marlon Brando and Eva Marie Saint (On the Waterfront). He also collaborated with influential advertising agencies including BBDO, J Walter Thompson and Ogilvy & Mather.
